Oh, most definitley. I'm a huge fan, although I am growing ever dissatisfied with the direction of this season. I used to think the Others were a mild annoyance at best, but now... I just want them to hurt. A lot. I can't stand the smug smirks they all have, the "We're SO much smarter than the rest you" smirk.
I just want Sayid to bust into their little book club/camp and fill the place with uppercuts. Is that so wrong??

He's just so smug." Though I have to admit that I find Juliet kind of hot. I'm hoping that tomorrow Sayid does indeed bust in and start delivering 2 liter rump kickin's.

It was nice to see Brett Cullen again - if only for a moment - on the season premiere...
But, yeah - I'm definitely not sold on this season yet... If it's not any better than last season, I may not be able to hold out any longer. My finger's already itching to change the channel.
I haven't watched tonight's episode yet. I heard that it was supposed to address the fates of the people in the hatch at the end of last season. If Desmond is still around, it just may increase my interest in the show. If not, I just can't promise anything...
But she's evil, JB!
(By the way, does anyone know which Stephen King book she was clutching at the book club at the beginning of the premiere? That may be a clue as to where all of this is going... Hmmmmm...)

Oh, I forgot to mention that Henry looks and sounds just like a guy I used to work for... how creepy is that?!?
So, when my co-workers and I talk about the show, we always refer to Henry as "Ken Reeves".
...Okay, if you knew him, you would find that funny. ;D

NBJ: the book was "Carrie." I think it's a nod to King, who is an admitted Lost junkie.
I liked last night's episode better than the previous two, but I'm still not convinced that the show is headed in the right direction.
Still, as they say... spring hopes eternal.
Or is it the winter of our discount tent?
My television will not be revolutionized?
Okay, I'll stop.

Well, perhaps that's part of her appeal. But she actually seems to be good-hearted. I don't think she's evil like the rest of The Others, just a gal who bears a slight resemblance to Claire Forlani who happens to be in an unfortunate situation.

Hmmm... about a girl with psychic powers... interesting. I still think it may have some relevance to the direction of the show.
Remember, Walt seemed to have powers... Maybe that's Juliet's specialty...?
(Does that make her even more appealing, JB? )

(Does that make her even more appealing, JB? ) Hmm, I don't know if I'd consider psychic powers very appealing in a woman. Kind of scary, actually. She'd know when you weren't gonna do dishes or the laundry and would get mad at you well in advance. I think you're definitely on the right track, but I won't say more until you've seen the episode...

Okay, I finally watched the episode - online (does ABC rock or what?!? I wish NBC did that!)
Oooh - I think I have psychic powers because I predicted the presence of psychic powers... ...Now, I will sit back and watch the Carrie connection unfold...
Boy, Jesus (aka Desmond) even looks good - and strangely, more Jesus-like - in an oversized tye-dyed shirt! ;D
This one did have more potential than the previous two (mostly for that eerie, supernatural stuff we all loved in season 1), but I don't want to get my hopes up too high just yet...

It was (should I say it???) >>>>> L O S T .
(I apologize)
I must walk away... compose myself and come back later. You will all have to trust me... I was brilliant. Alas.... like the sweet mystery of how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop.... the world may never know the outstanding brillance of the post that was sucked into the void in all it's tangentriffic glory.

Okay... it's been a couple days now... let's try this again shall we? I actually have been enjoying the season thus far though I too was ready for a little more action. I've grown accustomed to someone running through the foliage (usually being chased) on every episode. I was happy to see Mr. Ekko (sp) was still alive. Don't everyone jump all over me because I don't know every character's proper name. I AM a fan of the show... I'm just not an uber nerd that can recite lines of the show or tell you names of the episodes. [The Harvest, Anne, Hush, Once More With Feeling...>>>>okay, I am exactly one of those nerds, just not with this particular show. ;D Anyhoo... I was glad to see Mr. Eko --- (Happy? You all guilt-ed me into looking it up.)--- was still living. Seriously though, I've been referring to him as Adebisi most of the time. I used to hope every week that they'd throw Adebisi in the hole. Speaking of Oz... What's the deal with actors from Oz traveling to other shows in groups? The Law and Order franchise is over run with them. Where was I? Digressing again? Go figure. So as I was saying, I was ecstatic to see that Desmond somehow managed to escape being blown to bits. I really thought that Mr. Hottie was dust in the wind. Okay... am I the only one who is singing Dust in the Wind to his or herself right now? Probably... since I'm the oldest person on the boards. Anyway... I was happy to see that everyone from the Hatch explosion (or did it implode?) was still Alive and Kicking. Alive and Kicking.... come on, Anyone? Still no one, huh? You guys are a tough crowd. That reference wasn't that old. And speaking of blasts from the past... It was nice to see tie-dyed shirts making a come back. He truly is yummy, isn't he. Oh... talk about Yummy... I just about melted at the sight of Boone's startlingly beautiful blue eyes. Dude is handsome. It wasn't just his beauty that made me appreciate his return appearance on the show. I was ready for the story line to bring Locke back. I know some of you are thinking I don't watch this show because Locke has been there. No... I need John's character to have a purpose and now he's back on track, it would seem. I'm SO ready for him to get his Hunt On!!! There are some snarky (that was for you J.B.) Others that need to get the smug knocked out of them. Okay... that's all I've got. This time around the post is a skoach longer ( hard to believe I know) yet less tangents... odd, really. I look forward to the upcoming episode;however, I think that I prefer to watch the shows back to back on dvd.

What the heck was that stuff Locke was eating O.õ I know it's (prolly) the same stuff he put on Boone's head, but no explanation to what it is or how he makes it ... ?! I'm glad ep3 picked up the pass...finally... Let's face it, ep1 was a drag, safe for the cool plane-crash-intro-wow-it-was-not-a-pre-island-flashback... It's was like an episode of MacGuyver on a high horse.. nothing more. And ep2 kept to long on the boat-team for me... But here we're back.. ep3, like i like 'm ... chases, hallucinations, people staring strange at other people, sleeping people talking... yeeeeeeahh, that's the stuff oh do keep it up, oh prodcution team. Read yesterday that the actors only get their scripts 3 days prior to filming and they're terrified their character might be killed off .. lol ..
