Yeah, I'm only curious about Peter -- I'm a sucker for the whole amnesia stuff.

MAN Last episode ROCKED thought I kinda disliked the fact there were so many smooches (couples being formed), but anyhoo... Peter has and still ROCKS. I don't know if a mentioned this before but in the first few episodes of the first season, everybody of my (watching) friends were picking their favorite char and ability. I immediately choose Peter for some strange reason and everybody laughed at me (at first he had to be in the neighborhood of someone to have their power and they all thought it was lame) .. MAN did I ever mock them later MOOHAAAA When Claire and Superman_wannabe kissed I though 'get it over with' but the plot twist at the end is just GREAT, lol I wanna smack Hiro in the face, in a playful kinda way... Just get the f'rea'ck back in the present ..gah ..

___________________________________________________________________________ Heroes' second season may be coming to a close a lot sooner than expected due to the forthcoming apocalypse, also known in some circles as the d**n writers' strike. Sources confirm that the show is going back and shooting an alternate ending to the Dec. 3 episode that, if used, would allow the episode to function as a season finale in the event of a strike. Originally, the episode was only supposed to serve as the conclusion of the current "Generations" arc. Should an 11th-hour agreement be reached and a strike averted (fingers crossed!), the alt ending would likely be scrapped. In related news, the reality of this whole thing is only now hitting me. And I'm not happy. Source: TVGuide.com ___________________________________________________________________________ *warning strong language ahead* Allow me to say : WHAT IN THE FREAKING forkING forkS So what's up with this "writers" bulls.. Do all the "writers" in the US belong to one group or something and they have strikes and nuts ?? How does this work ? I'd think a "writer" is some freelance writer who writes stuff (books, scripts, whatever) and when a movie/tv company finds someone interesting, they hire him or something ?! I guess not ? EDIT : ok nevermind, I'll take it up here -> themoviemark.proboards33.com/index.cgi?board=MovieNews&action=display&thread=1194284410

I watch Heroes, although this season has been somewhat lackluster thus far.
I just wish they weren't repackaging the same storylines over and over.

Now, Laslo, it's a completely different storyline this year.
Last year it was "Oh noes! The world is going to be destroyed! Save the cheerleader, save the world!"
This year it is "Oh noes! The world is going to be destroyed! Kill the cheerleader, save the world!"
See, it's two completely different things!

I wish they'd go ahead and kill the cheerleader, or at least her Clark Kent wannabe boyfriend, and get that storyline over with.
So they hyped Kristen Bell joining the cast, and she's been in the show for, what, about 5 minutes? She wasn't on this week's episode at all, and I don't remember in last week's episode either.
Now with the season possibly ending in about three weeks I guess we'll get, oh, maybe about 10 minutes of screentime from Ms. Mars.
I wonder if this season's episodes of LOST have been written? Now there's a show that could really get screwed over by the strike.

JB, I read yesterday on the elevator tv at work that 8 episodes of Lost have been written/shot/something, and they will show those, even if the strike continues. Apparently, episode 8 ends with a big cliffhanger, so it' makes a good season finale if it needs to. Or something. Whatever - if I only have to sit through 8 episodes this year, I'll be happy.

Um... I think this season has been pretty weak.
I did like when the cop and Nathan found the cop's dad.
That was interesting.
Yeah.... that's about it.
I missed last week's and haven't been motivated enough to watch it even though it's on the dvr.

Since I would never want to call you a sissy... I will refrain from entering into any 'personal' conversations. Or ... I'll follow your lead --- should I have any question for you that I think might be embarrassing for you to answer on a public board... I'll just ask it anyway. ;D Luckily for you... I'm completely self-absorbed and the likelihood that I'd bother to find out anything about anyone else (especially someone younger than me--- as if!) is slim. (Okay... so that bit really only works if you know me.... just trust on this... it's funny. Although, J.B. might disagree with my intended sarcasm and point out that I did forget something trivial I had once asked him. My bad. "A rose by any other", J.B. ---) Back to the topic at hand: HEROESI did finally watch last week's episode and I did like it. Not a whole lot of "surprises", but it was more interesting than some of the other episodes this season. Overall... I feel it's been a bit lackluster. I'm ready for LOST. (And Sawyer ;D) *** Let's test your powers of observation, now. Can you guess which scene of Heroes I found most enjoyable??? Hint: As I watched it, I had a raised eyebrow as a sudden pink coloring swept across my face; and it would be a safe bet that both of my dimples made an appearance.
