I just saw the trailer for this on E!'s Coming Attractions, and it looks like it will be a fun action/adventure movie along the lines of National Treasure (JB's best popcorn flick of 2005 perhaps?)
Josh Brolin plays a bad guy (a drug lord according to IMDB), who is trying to stop Paul Walker, Jessica Alba, and Scott Caan (the non-Casey-Affleck "mormon twin" from Ocean's 11 & Ocean's 12) get to some sunken treasure (it's National Treasure underwater!)
My guess is, Josh gets eaten by a shark at the end. Here is how I envision the scene:
Josh is in the water. A shark tries to attack him, but he quickly kills it, 'cause he is quite handy with a gun. He starts to swim towards the sunken treasure, when, in the back of his mind, he hears a voice saying, "Remember Hickok, there's always one more waiting." Unfortunately, before he has a chance to do more than go "Huh?", a second shark bites his head off.
If only Buck was there to kill it for him.
Heh:)
Ooooooohhhhh...now they are showing a Batman Begins trailer - I missed most of it because I was typing this post, but Christian Bale is HOT!
Oh, right now, Into the Blue has a release date for late September, so we'll have to wait a few months to see if they use my ending or not!

Haha, if this does indeed end up being the ending then I think you'll definitely have a claim for copyright infringement. After he gets his head bitten off they could have Paul Walker standing on the shore watching the whole thing, and then he could reply, "Man, that really bites." Cue the rim shot. I fully expect this to be one of my favorite popcorn movies of the year - sort of a Fast & Furious on water. I can't wait to see Josh as the bad guy. It looks like he'll play it pretty intense. And y'all might as well go ahead and prepare yourselves to deal with me hyping up his performance and demanding an Oscar nomination. The movie was originally going to be released this spring/early summer, but since Jessica Alba already has The Fantastic Four coming out in July, they wanted to put a little distance between the two. It's a good idea. September movies that have a Summer blockbuster feel usually do pretty solidly.

But, see, Paul will already be down at the treasure ready to fight Josh off...so I think they should fly you out to LA to have a cameo in the movie and say that line:)
