And also, why is there nearly no Clint Eastwood quotes in there (about 2)? Amen. I could probably fill the entire list with Eastwood quotes alone. The entire Josey Wales script would be a candidate. And why no Ace Ventura quotes??? Come on! "All riiiiiighty then." "The guy with the rubber glove was surprisingly gentle." "If I'm not back in five minutes ... just wait longer." "I think it's the pate. Stuff probably looks better on the way out." "See that you do. If I'd been drinking out of the toilet, I might've been killed."

Oh yes, they're fantastic aswell. But you forgot one:
"Warning. Leonard Blands are closer than they appear." Heheh, good times. You could fillup the whole list with only about 3 to 4 actors...

Another great one is:
"Yes Satan? I'm sorry, I thought you were someone else."

Speaking of classic Jim Carrey movie quotes, you are forgetting Dumb & Dumber. Now, I have never seen that movie all the way through, but Mr. Cali and I use this one all the time.
"What is the Soup du' Jour?" "It's the soup of the day."
(Okay, I have no idea if that is the exact quote, as we have butchered it for our own use upon several occasions...but it should be pretty close;)

Speaking of classic Jim Carrey movie quotes, you are forgetting Dumb & Dumber. One of my favorites. It's got plenty of good ones: "Just when I thought you couldn't get any dumber, you go and do something like this... and totally redeem yourself!" "Yeah, they always freak out when you leave the scene of an accident, ya' know." "Man, you are one pathetic loser. No offense." "Hey, look, the Monkees. They were a huge influence on the Beatles." "According to the map we've only gone 4 inches." A lot of the great quotes come from characters working off each other... Lloyd: I expected the Rocky Mountains to be a little rockier than this. Harry: I was thinking the same thing. Lloyd: That John Denver is full of [crap], man. Harry: I can't believe we drove around all day, and there's not a single job in this town. There is nothing, nada, zip! Lloyd: Yeah! Unless you wanna work forty hours a week. Lloyd: Why you going to the airport, flying somewhere? Mary: How'd you guess? Lloyd: I saw your luggage, then when I noticed the airline ticket I put 2 and 2 together. Policeman: Pullover! Pullover! Harry: No, it's a cardigan but thanks for noticing. Lloyd: Yeah, killer boots man! Harry: I can't believe it. Lloyd: Life is a fragile thing, Har. One minute you're chewin' on a burger, the next minute you're dead meat. Harry: But he blamed me. You heard him. Those were his last words. Lloyd: Not if you count the gurgling sound. I could go on. I'm cracking up just thinking about these.

I heard one this weekend that cracked me up: "Don't just stand there! Kill something!!" Dennis Hopper in Waterworld.

The Josh Brolin skateboard opus Thrashin' was on the late movie the other night, and I just have to offer this as a fine piece of cinematic screenwriting:
The evil skateboard gang, the "Daggers," are weaving their bad selves around Venice Beach, when they come across a couple of breakdancers. "Hook," the lead Dagger, stares at one of the dancers with a steely gaze, and says:
"Breakin' is a memory..."
I have a feeling that will work its way into my everyday lexicon.

I need to watch Thrashin' again sometime. It's great for some good ol' cheesy fun. Granted, Josh doesn't really brag about it being on his resume these days. I read an interview a while back where Josh mentioned he regretted taking the role afterwards and sat in the front of the theater at the screening almost crying because he was so embarrassed. Come on, how can you be embarrassed by this sweet mullet, shirtless action:

I love it too. It's an effing classic. Chili Peppers were in it too.
An exchange student who lived with our family used to be friends with skaters and they'd rent it all the time. It's still in my local video store.
I have my own copy, natch! I'm going to get it out.
