My husband is really into computer games- I couldn't tell you what genre or names or anything. I know they're a lot like role-playing things... Anyway, anyone ever get into those?

I used to play computer games all the time until I got my X-Box. I love CRPG's, but they're kinda rare now. I really enjoyed the Baldur's Gate series. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic was a great role-playing game on the XBox.
Does your husband play the games online?
My wife and sister-in-law are both really into The Sims 2 now.

Mike has Baldur's Gate! I recognize that name!! I think the one he's playing now he said was called... oh shoot... maybe Fallout? Fallout 2. He has some Star Wars stuff too, either in role playing books or computer games, maybe both. Sad how little I know about it, really.

Yeah, the Fallout games are RPG's set in world after a nuclear war. Kinda like Mad Max. They are pretty old - he might be playing the newer Fallout Tactics.
Those games are really time consuming. Baldur's Gate 2 with the expansion pack is between 120-150 hours of gameplay. Very addictive.

If he likes the Fallout series he might be interested in this game as well: www.the-fall.com/ It comes out next month and looks very similar to the Fallout series.

One of the most addictive games I've ever played have been the Roller Coaster Tycoon series.
Oh, If only I could count the number of dry eyeball-inducing nights I have spent with those games...
