For those of you who don't know, my original website was known as The Doorless Stall (http://thedoorlessstall.tripod.com/tds.html).
Sometimes I think I should've kept the name and just turned it into a movie site. Instead, at the time I thought it'd be better to create a separate entity.
But now I'm rethinking my actions. Sure, "The Doorless Stall" name doesn't specifically insinuate anything about movies, but it makes you stop and think, "What in the world does that mean?"
It's funny, and perhaps it's a more marketable name than "The Movie Mark."
What do y'all think? Do you have a preference? I'm redesigning the site, so should I consider this name change as well?
Your feedback is appreciated.

It's totally your site to do with as you wish. The Doorless Stall is a different kind of tee shirt logo, though.

Like Tangent said, do as you wish, but Doorless Stall is a cooler name.

I prefer The Movie Mark. It's been around (active anyway) longer, and is more established. Plus, it's easier to type the URL into my address bar! Too many s's in www.doorlessstall.com. I think The Movie Mark is more easily identifiable for people looking for movie reviews too. You see the URL, you know it has something to do with movies.

I agree with what MsCali said.
On "The Doorless Stal" : "it makes you stop and think, "What in the world does that mean?"It's funny, and perhaps it's a more marketable name than "The Movie Mark."
True (though i'm not sure about more marketable), but not for a movie review website. The fact that you want to use that website name again, is perhaps telling you that you want to do something else besides the movie reviews ??
I dunno, i'm just rambling /shrug

I agree! I think JB wants to use that site to finish up the rider reviews! And then move on to reviews of other tv shows he likes but can easily be made fun of (CSI: Miami perhaps?).

I don't know what I actually clicked on... But I'm all for keeping it The Movie Mark. and I would love to give some reasonable, logical explaination, but really? don't have one.

Good points by all, and I do plan on finishing the Rider Reviews! Did I tell you that I had pretty much finished the Blood Moon review, only to have the jump drive it was stored on become "corrupt"? Now I have to start over. I'm kind of dragging my feet, hoping seasons 2 and 3 will go ahead and be released on DVD, making my job easier. I was wondering if in the long run it might be best to merge the two, but Ms. Cali's right, The Movie Mark is already fairly established. All righty then, time to move forward with merchandise! Oh, and I also agree with the three s's strung together in TDS' URL. I've always thought that looked awkward.

I got started with thedoorlessstall, but the movie mark makes more sense and is easier to design for. Plus, it already has 'movie' in the title, so it's easier to explain to people what it's about. Movie Mark Entertainment vs Doorless Stall Entertainment... I suggest Movie Mark stuff is more confident sounding than doorless stall...but that's just me.
