musicals.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=64406&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0This is another forum I frequent. Crazy post!!!! At first I swear it was doing nothing but going counter-clockwise. Then it changed. I thought it was part of the program, to switch every five minutes or something, but then I read a post on the last page that someone had "mastered" it, andI think I, too, have mastered it!!! I'll let you all look before I say how. So, what do you see? (I'm slightly offended that the figure has nipples)

AAaaahh the turning lady has found her way to the TMM forum as well .. let's just make things a bit more easy .. Some people see her turning clockwise, others counter clockwise, some people (like me) can "make" her turn both ways. It's got to do with left-brain-half-thinking or right-brain-half-thinking. A trick to make her turn the other way is to gaze at the lower left corner (As for the nipples.. that's just part of a female anatomy .. nothing to be scared off /shrug)

Huh? so she's really only turning in one direction??? It's an optical illusion or something? She turns like mad for me. Does that make me left-lobed or right-lobed?
I wasn't disturbed by the nipples, I just figured she was cold, the poor dear.

Yup, only turns one way and that is the way YOU see or make her turn. When you see her change directions, that is YOU doing it ... you have the force ...
I'll look up the explanation and post it here ...
edit :
The Right Brain vs Left Brain test ... do you see the dancer turning clockwise or anti-clockwise?
If clockwise, then you use more of the right side of the brain and vice versa.
Most of us would see the dancer turning anti-clockwise though you can try to focus and change the direction; see if you can do it.
LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS uses logic detail oriented facts rule words and language present and past math and science can comprehend knowing acknowledges order/pattern perception knows object name reality based forms strategies practical safe
RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS uses feeling "big picture" oriented imagination rules symbols and images present and future philosophy & religion can "get it" (i.e. meaning) believes appreciates spatial perception knows object function fantasy based presents possibilities impetuous risk taking

Ah... like a true Gemini... a walking contradiction at times.
Funny that the first time I looked at it, it was going clockwise and then it started flip-fopping back and forth every few rotations.
This time... it's counter-clockwise... I am too tired to stare at it and see if it changes direction.
Thanks for the info. Trantee.
Oh... she just flipped.
