I think that I have some serious issues.
Ex. 1:
I was working on a study guide of briefs and phrases commonly heard in Q& A and Jury Charge. It was very neat and organized.
Like so:
ladies and gentlemen of the jury ---- LA*IRJ
contributory negligence ---- KR*EJS
etc...
Then when I got up to get a water from the vending machine, a friend came in and wrote me a note "Just wanted to say Hi. Sorry I missed you." --- in pen on my in progress study guide.
Argh... I had to rewrite the entire study guide. I was so irritated. I feel bad about it. She was trying to be nice, but why would you write on someones homework.
Ex. 2: I swung by the book store on the way to work as I only had a few pages left of The Golden Compass, so I wanted to get the next books in the series to read last night. Only problem. I have the first book in QP and the book store only had the trade paperback or hardcover. I really wanted to see what happens next, but I couldn't deal with the incongruity of the books.
