Joan of Archadia - Since Johnny's never watched it, *I* will have to review it for you.
This is a show I started watching because the boy wanted to watch it (as are most of the shows I watch, since if he didn't want to watch them, I'd be watching DIY shows all the time instead), but I ended up really liking it too.
It's not on my "Must see" list, because, seriously, what show on Friday can be (other than Mr. Sterling of course), but if I happen to be home, it's what I watch. It made me not hate Mary Steenbergen (or whatever her last name is...) anymore, which is quite an accomplishment!
And I just realized last night that Joan is the girl who got killed in the beginning of The Ring (I also realized last night that that movie isn't anywhere nearly as scary the second time you watch it).
And CSI: New York is MUCH better than CSI, which I can't stand. Gary Sinese rules!

I watched CSI once - the episode Ike (Travis Fine) was on...I just couldn't get into it! I actually prefer REAL true crime shows, like City Confidential and American Justice on A & E (and Cold Case Files, which Cold Case so blatently stole both the plot and name from). But CSI:NY was good! Really really good!

I've heard the ol' "I prefer real crime shows" before. Stephanie tried that route at first, but after a few episodes of CSI she was hooked. Don't worry, you'll eventually admit I'm right and all will be well.

Na, it was one of those shows that I just *Knew* I wouldn't like - like Smallville! I was soooo right on that one, and yet, every week, I have to watch it...sigh...
