JOSH BROLIN'S EYES... what color are they anyways?

I took out my trusty Season 1 DVD's today, and while watching, sort of got inspired to maybe finish a fan fic I started AGES ago... at the beginning of the episode ("Matched Pair") his eyes definitely looked BROWN. I mean, BROWN, like a weak coffee. At the end of the episode (when they were in the courthouse turning in the ledger) his eyes looked green, like a mossy green. I'm so confused, and also thoroughly ashamed for not knowing what color his eyes really are... I guess I always thought they were brown.

I tried looking it up on google, and the only result I found was a bio from Flixter that said "Eye color: brown/green"

yeah.. that's REAL helpful, thanks....

Any insight? Anyone else noticed them changing color??
