I figured I might as well start a thread about this instead of continuing to talk about it in whatever other thread we were talking about it in. I liked all of the top 6 (though, I would have rather seen Will there instead of Mark...I do like Mark's solos a lot though, and he was great this week). But I'm excited for the finale. The top 4 are my top 4 - and I didn't think one of them would make it, so I was really happy with the results tonight.

Okay... I'm replying without looking. Well, I'm looking at what I'm typing on the screen, but I'm not reading what you wrote. (Beggin' your pardon, MsCali. I mean you no disrespect. I find your posts always entertain'n and much appreciated. It's just that I've been watch'n this here series by the name of "The Young Riders" and I haven't got around to watch'n the results show. I hope you can understand. Somehow, I think you'll find it in your heart to forgive me. ) Okay... so I just finished the episode w/ Cody being the decoy and I found myself laughing numerous times throughout. The biggest laugh was not even from the show, exactly. It was just at myself. Please let me first explain that I fell out at about 6:30pm yesterday (stupid improperly functioning thyroid) and didn't wake up until this morning at about 7:30 or 8:00am. I still was groggy and half asleep when I finally managed to get up out of bed at a quarter to 9. I stumbled into the living room and set the dvr to record the Open Court show on Tru TV (I liked it better as Court TV, but whatever.) I'll be trying to keep up w/ whatever trail is going on later. I'm not fast enough yet, but I'm working on it. Court reporting is tough! Anyhoo... then I came back to my room and unplugged the Xbox, plugged back in the DVD player and popped in Disc 4. Good times. I do have to watch the result show later today before work, or after work. Here's what I have to say. I actually like all 6 of the final people. I even like Mark, though no one else in my family does. If I had to guess... I'd say either Mark or Twitch went home and either Courtney or Katee. I actually REALLY like all 3 of the girls. I don't want to see any of them go. I liked Katee's solo the least but her two dances were awesome. I adore Twitch and yes, partly because I think he's cute and he reminds me a little bit of my ex- (in build, anyway). He had the worse dance routine night w/ the Mambo, but I'm not hating on him for that. Anyway... I was sad last week, but I've mentally prepared myself because I no matter who goes home it will be someone who probably doesn't deserve to go home. I think this year's dancers are better than last year's. Will deserved to be in Mark's place. Mark rocked it out this week though and one of my favorite routines of the season has still been the number w/ him and Chelsea where he's the business man leaving. Every time I hear that song on the radio I think of that routine. Anyway... I look forward to reading whatever it is you had to say later. Oh, and sorry ... I almost did it again. I swear I need to see a doctor and get back on medication. Tired all the time and my mind is a bit cloudy. Sorry to all those who I have sent emails too recently. (You know who you are.) Okay... so the funniest part of the episode was that I was watching the opening credits and saw the names of the guest stars. "Bart the Bear" flashed across the screen and I chuckled to myself. Thinking to myself it's a crazy nickname? I don't know. Again... let me reiterate the hazy mind as of late. I find it hard to concentrate. Maybe that's why my school is suffering. Anyway, so I'm watching the show and Cody stops to aid this man. Now, I hear everything the man says and even hear the name Bart and yet... Some part of me was like, huh... what did he just say they wanted from this kid Bart who is trapped. Something didn't seem right. Then they show Bart and I laugh at first because it's a bear and, of course, I get the whole parallel line to the adventures that Cody is no doubt going to happen upon on his ride to the "Man in Black" in the book he was reading earlier. Then it hits me... only as an afterthought... the opening credits: "Bart the bear". Hell-o! Wake up Dana! I thought I might laugh up a lung. That's me, master of the obvious! I think that's it. Did I finish every line of thought that I started? I'll comment on your comments later. I can't wait to see who is left in the finals. Oh... and kiss the little man's cheek for me. I love soft baby cheeks... and toes...teeny tiny fingernails... and... well you get the idea. Later, DEW

Oh... I could have totally read your post, because you didn't give anything away. I was soooooooooooo happy because the last 2 people picked (especially the girl) were my faves. I'm so excited for next week!!! It's made me so happy that I have almost forgotten about how sad I was 25 minutes earlier. (I love dvr and fast forward!) Well... why so glum, you ask? I had just finished watching the "Bulldog" episode of TYR. That episode had me laughing out loud more than any other episode so far. (And that's saying a lot). And no, it's not how it ended that has me so blue. I went to open the third DVD case and there it was... only one. Only one DVD left. How sad!!!! Not even a bonus features dvd. lol/smile. Ah well... I'll just have to watch them all over again so I can actually comment on them in the proper forum. Okay... laters.

Whoot! You are speeding through those DVDs! I'm always glad to have TYR convert (SYTYCD results shows should definitely take second place to TYR). I purposefully didn't say anything about the actual results, because I figured some people probably wouldn't have had a chance to see them yet. But now that you've watched it (and I think we are the only two actually involved in this conversation/show)...I am just sooooooo glad Courtney didn't go home! I figured she and Mark would be the ones sent home. I knew it would come down to her and Chelsie, but I really thought Chelsie would make it. She is a really good dancer, but something about her bugs me, so I was glad she was the one to go. I think this is the strongest top 6 this show has had so far. I'm glad my top four (since the beginning of the show) made it to the top four, but really any of the top 6 could have made it and I would have been quite happy. I'm pulling for Katee for the win. I'll be happy with any of them though.

but I really thought Chelsie would make it. She is a really good dancer, but something about her bugs me, so I was glad she was the one to go. It's probably the fact that she sounds like she has a cold whenever she talks.

Could be that...could also be the expression on her face when she dances.

So, I've been saying for the last week that I would be really happy if any of the final four won. But watching the results show tonight, once it came down to the last two, I realized that I would be disappointed if a certain person did not win (not saying who, in case TG or JB haven't watched it yet). I'm really, really happy right now. Whoot!

Hmphft... what are you trying to say!!! Just kidding. No tears here. I couldn't be happier, either. Had to watch it late, late last night after I got home from work. At least it brightened my mood a bit. My battery died last night; and while I'm thankful that I got it started, I was irritated at the lack of help offered me. It took me an HOUR to get my car jumped. This is a fast process normally. Ugh! I don't have time to go into it here, as I have to get another jump start this morning and go buy a battery. I hope they'll put it in for me. I have actually put a new battery in a car before, but that was long ago and I had an extra set of hands it help. It was a joint effort! Anyway... I wouldn't have been disappointed w/ either of the last two or three actually. This season rocked!

This was a great season! I had to watch it late late too (I was actually going to watch it live instead of later on fast forward as I normally do, but National Treasure was on, so we watched that instead...then of course, we had to watch Burn Notice. But watching it late was good - it means I got to fast forward through that stupid Criss Angel Believe thing, and through the Jonas Brothers). I didn't go to be until after 1, then the boy was up at 4 to eat (and took an hour to do it...he was so pokey)...then I had to leave at 5:30 to take my stepdad to the airport (he left today, my mom is staying until next saturday). I went back to bed when I got home and slept until almost 11...thank goodness Grandma was awake to keep the boy, because he did not go back to sleep until a few minutes ago.
I am so glad I have AAA...I've had my car break down/not start/get a flat tire enough times to make it worthwhile to have it. It's always impossible to find someone who is willing to give you a jump start (it's not really that good for a lot of cars to do that). I hope you didn't have any trouble this morning!
