I just had the chance to watch this new upcoming DVD called “The Motel” at my internship for UMGD today. Has anyone heard of it? It won several awards at Sundance last year and had some pretty good reviews when I looked it up online but I had never heard of it until yesterday. Anyways, it was a little awkward at times but a very good movie overall. It’s pretty funny, what this kid encounters living in this seriously shady motel that his mom runs. There’s a website up for it; themotel-film.com and I heard it’ll be out on DVD Jan. 30th. Check it out and let me know what you think, especially if anyone’s seen it.
