Okay, just one member of the cast (a guest star actually, but one of my favorites).
I had to fly to Virginia Beach this weekend for my BIL's wedding. Well, apparently, DragonCon was going on in Atlanta at the same time (it's the Comicon of Atlanta or something like that).
Well, Mr. C and I are waiting for our flight from LA to Atlanta on Thursday, and he says to me "Look, there's your boy John DeLancie."
Now, most people know him as Q from Star Trek, but we, of course, know him as Wicks from TYR. Unfortunately, he was on the flight that was going to Atlanta about 30 minutes before ours.
On our flight to Atlanta we did have Data and Dr. Beverly Crusher from Star Trek though. Oh, and Drusilla from Buffy. It was like Mr. C's geek dream come true. LOL
But it gets better.
On the flight home, we had a really tight connection (as in, they should have shut the doors already, but we barely made it on the plane tight). As we are walking through first class to our seats, Eric Estrada had to move over to one side of the aisle to let us through. He was actually very nice about it - he seems like a really nice guy based on what I was able to observe then and a bit later on the flight.
So, it gets better...We settle into our seats, and Mr. C leans over and says "Look, your boy John DeLancie is right behind us."
Wicks was sitting across the aisle and about 2 rows behind us!
Then halfway through the flight, Mr. C leaned over to me again and said "You know who that guy is right next to me (just across the teeny tiny aisle)? That's Major Victory from the first season of "Who Wants to be a Superhero!"
Oh, a really evil guy and a superhero on our flight? Mere feet from each other? Ooooooohhhhh. What will happen?!?! (Hee).
About halfway through the flight, Ponch comes back from first class with a copy of Major Victory's comic book and asks for his autograph. I think that was the best part of the entire flight. Heh.
