This movie looks really good. I will admit that I quite like Ben Afflack sometimes, but Adrian Brody and Diane Lane are both in this as well, so it should be well acted.
I first heard about the story of George Reeves (the original Superman), and his mysterious "suicide" about a year or so ago on one of those "Haunted Hollywood" tv shows. It's facinating stuff - was he murdered? was it suicide?

Ben Affleck has been good a few times but mostly I can't take him seriously.
I felt he was good in Changing Lanes, Good Will Hunting and Kevin Smith projects but in other things, he's a bit of a joke.
However I love Adrian Brody (two words The Piano). Diane Lane has always been lovely. Plus, she has good taste in men.

Ah, one word...Dogma!
I agree - sometimes he's terrible. I really liked him in the Kevin Smith stuff, and Good Will Hunting, but I never saw Changing Lanes. I liked him as Daredevil too, though I didn't care for the film all that much.
Armageddon is one of my guilty pleasure movies, so I will admit to liking him in that too:)

Diane Lane has always been lovely. Plus, she has good taste in men. "True dat," Johnny said as platonically as he possibly could. Affleck has his moments. Unfortunately for him too many of those moments aren't of the good kind. Affleck's the butt of many a' Conan O'Brien joke, and one of my favorites involved a skit where Conan said that NBC was making a movie regarding the death of Al-Zarqawi. Conan does similar skits with different world events, and he'll mention a real-life person and then he'll mention the actor who will be playing the person. They then show pictures of the two side-by-side, and they often look strikingly similar. Anyway, the punchline to the Affleck joke was Conan announced that the two bombs that killed Zarqawi would be played by Surviving Christmas and Jersey Girl. Another of my favorites was Conan's celebrity survey. The question that he fictiously asked a group of actors was "I knew for sure my baby was mine when..." Affleck's answer was, "she pooped in her diaper and charged me $9.50 to see it."

This does look good. Interesting timing, too -- right after Superman Returns is released?
I HATE Affleck. I'll only see the movie because I'm interested in the subject matter.
