Jimmy Carter is like a presidential version of my Michael Moore, or maybe the other way around. He has a problem with something and he not only sheds light on the issue and tries to change it. I was watching Jimmy Carter Man from Plains and I was amazed at his dedication for doing good. Its a good character study documentary and it definitely has influenced how I see our president should be.

I'm a big fan of Jimmy Carter. He wasn't really an effective president unfortunately, but since he left office I have been really impressed with him (well, since I have been old enough to really follow who he is). But please don't compare him to Michael Moore. Even us liberalist of liberals don't like that man. LOL. So is this a movie that is coming out in theaters, or on DVD or what? (Going off to check Netflix, because this is definitely something that sounds interesting to me). Oh, and I agree about our next president. I would like someone who is as dedicated to doing good as Jimmy Carter but who is much more effective & good at being president.

Is this that movie where jImmie Carter comes into the town and makes the midget the sheriff and has everybody paint the buildings red? It's a sequel. In this one an "aw shucks" peanut farmer rides into town, inflicts the land with 16 percent inflation, 22 percent interest rates, 70 percent marginal tax rates, a "Misery Index" out the roof, and one major crisis after another. It's one of the horror genres' scariest entries.
