What shows are you looking forward to this season?
I'm sad - there just aren't that many that look good to me.
The only one I'm really looking forward to is Heroes. Chuck looks like it might have potential. I'll catch House when I can as well.
I've seen the Pilots for Bionic Woman and New Amsterdam, and neither were that good to me. Mr. C really liked Bionic Woman though (it's just not my type of show). He thought New Amsterdam was solid, but I had a hard time getting into it. I didn't really like the lead actor that much. I'll probably give it another try before deciding for sure though.
We have the pilot for Journeyman to watch still (it's good having friends in the industry), but that one doesn't even begin to interest me.
On the comedy side, I'm definitely looking forward to NBC's Thursday night line up. How I Met Your Mother is always solid, but I never catch it. Maybe this season I can.
I saw an episode of Notes from the Underbelly on my flight to Virginia Beach, and it was pretty funny.
I know our regular viewing schedule will also include 24, Lost (whenever it comes back), Smallville and Bionic Woman, since DH likes all those. I will probably be in the other room when they are on though.
I do really like Dr. Who this season, so as long as that is still on, I will be watching that (I haven't liked the previous seasons at all). David Tennant is such a great actor.
So what is everyone else looking forward to?

My schedule looks basically the same as last year's. The shows I'm actually excited about are in blue (my favorite color), shows I still watch but am not devastated if I miss an episode are in a nice neutral brown, and shows I watch out of obligation or to make fun of are in red.
MONDAY
How I Met Your Mother Prison Break Heroes CSI: Miami - Gotta have some cheese to make fun of!
TUESDAY
Boston Legal
WEDNESDAY
Lost CSI: New York - This has mostly gotten boring. The only reason I kept watching it last season was because of the addition of Claire Forlani as a semi-regular.
THURSDAY
CSI My Name is Earl The Office Smallville Supernatural
FRIDAY
Ghost Whisperer Numb3ers - Or Numb-three-ers, as I like to call it.
SATURDAY
48 Hours Mystery
SUNDAY
Family Guy
I think that's it. I also watch My Boys (shut up) and Burn Notice, but since they're cable shows, I have no idea what their schedules will be like.
I'm trying not to add many, if any, new shows this year. Nothing really looks that interesting to me. I'll give The Sarah Connor Chronicles a try, and maybe Bionic Woman, but other than that, something will have to get a lot of buzz before I give it a shot.
Oh, and The IT Crowd since I work in IT and I know some people desperately want us to think it's gonna be the second-coming of The Office.
But shows about a vampire with a heart of gold just don't do it for me.

My Boys is pretty funny. You know what's funnier? Jim Gaff*gan's stand up specials on Comedy Central! That man is hilarious! I have a big ol' crush on Jordan Spiro. There's just something very appealing about her. I loved the "Douchebag Intervention" episode. Hilarious. You're right about Gaffigan's stand-up. The Pale Force cartoon he does is hilarious as well. He and Conan O'Brien are superheroes who fight injustice with their paleness. You can check out the episodes (they're only a few minutes each) by going to NBC's website ( www.nbc.com) clicking on "SHOWS" and then "Pale Force." I tried to post the direct URL, but the board is breaking up because there's an apostrophe in it.

Yeah, i read about it today, that they were (or have) making (made) a US remake. I can understand it though.. British humor is just something very specific (just look at the Monty Python movie's).. I'm not sure if i will like the US version better .. i doubt it .. Sure is good that Ayoeayaydabadou is playing Moss in the US version aswell .. weird funny dewd lol can't replace someone like him imo When you've seen the US version, you can compare it with the UK one, coz they are allover YouTube ...

Of course I'm right, Fella!
That was the worst impression of a polar bear I've ever heard! It's like he's not even trying!
Mr. C and I are always saying "Hey, I like ____, Fella!" too. and "Hot pockets!"
I've seen one of his specials at least 3 or 4 times now, and I still crack up laughing every time.
I will have to check out the cartoons sometime. Mr. C can probably relate to that plotline you know!

I still REALLY fight watching tv. I'm really scared my show is gonna be changed or canceled. With that in mind though, thanks to a guyfriend's tivo, I'll be watching Heros and Smallville. I like the idea of Heros and I want to see how the story progresses and ends, but I hate the obvious plot devices in it. I'm very pissed with Smallville, haven't liked many episodes since the 4th season but I hear it's Rosenbaum's last and perhaps the series as well and I'm curious to see what they do with it. I'm going to try to watch House but will probably miss an episode here and there and I'm gona buy it on DVD anyway so it doesn't matter if I miss it. I am curious about Bionic Woman and that vampire show...what's its name...but like I've already stated, I'm paranoid about watching tv-especially new tv. Although I have liked the few Burn Notices I've seen....of course the actor's other series, Touching Evil didn't last long.

Writing it out like that gives people the impression that it's "hoot poo-ckets." Oh well, you know what I mean. I predict that you and Mr. C will have the theme song forever stuck in your head after watching an episode... Fighting crime with Jim and Conan ... and their spooky bloodless skin! Have you seen Demetri Martin's Comedy Central special? He and Gaffigan are probably my two favorite stand-ups at the moment.

Which one is he??? A couple of the guys are cute, too. I think She does a good job on that show... I don't know when it comes on, but I've been flipping channels and caught it 2-3 times and found it enjoyable. I haven't seen The It Crowd... on occasion they do get the Americanized version right. Not often though. I saw a quick snippet of something for the Bionic Woman. Looked like the pretty assistant from Jekyll . Here are the shows I'll be watching: LOST HEROES CSI I will probably also watch: Ghost Whisperer (my niece loves that show) Medium Bones (or at least I'll look for it on DVD) Supernatural (I never get to watch My Name is Earl or The Office... but think both are highly entertaining.) Oh.. and I'll continue to watch endless episodes of Hannah Montana and other Disney shows that my nieces simply have to watch.

Oh... I just found out that Studio 60 is still on... I thought it was canceled. I'd watch that. I also liked The Black Donnellys and Will Traveler. (NBC kept canceling shows I was getting interested in.) I'd still look for any of those shows.
I would hope K-ville would do well to give New Orleans some money... if it's really filmed there, which I hope it would be. It's on opposite Heroes so I don't think it has a chance.
I almost forgot about Pushing Daisies... that might be interesting.
I watched clips of Bionic Woman... it looked like it could be good, but that it was gonna be lame. Too bad. We'll see. I'll give it a chance.
