Your boy Danny got waived by the Browns. I don't think he'll be playing football any more, but there is hope that some one might need him.

It's Tiger football season again. We opened up the season yesterday against Ole Miss. They didn't start the season like I had hoped. Ole Miss won 10-6. Our starting QB went down on the Tigers first series. He broke his leg in two places ouch. I thought we were going to get killed when that happened because our backup QB is a red-shirt freshmen. He did better than I thought he would do. He looked like he had started before. This kid has the potential to be a good QB. I can't wait for the next game on Sept. 17.

Deangelo had a good game. He ended up with 205 rushing yards and 3 tds. The Tigers won 52-14. Next up is Tulsa. It should be a good game.

The Tigers lost this weekend to Tulsa 37-31 in OT. Deangelo had 232 rushing yards and 3 TDs. Turnovers and penalties killed us. We fumbled twice on potential scoring drives. Our starting QB went down with a broken fibula at the end of regulation. Now our starting QB is a true freshmen. The last play in OT should have been reviewed because it looked like to me, that he got the firstdown. My dad even said it looked like he got it. Why have reviews if you're not going to use them. This week we play UTEP at home. We should keep it a close game, but I don't know if we're going to win. Hopefully we'll win, but the odds are against us. Did you see the game Johnny?

We beat the undefeated UTEP Miners this weekend 27-20. It was a great game. Deangelo rushed for 236 yards and 2 TDs. He had a nice 74 yard run for a TD. Billy did ok in his first start. He didn't throw the ball much. The defense is what kept us in the game. The defense had 3 ints and 3 fumble recovers. We play at UCF this week and it looks to be a blowout. We should win easily.
