Mr. C suggested "Indiana Jones and the Lost Continence"
Both are better than "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull".
Mr. C has also suggested "Short Round's Revenge" in which Short Round shows up seeking revenge against Dr. Jones for abandoning him in the jungle with Crazy Willie after the second movie.

I'm sorry. I keep imagining I won't let my kids watch TV, not so much because it is bad for them, but because I don't want to have to watch that stuff. LOL.
I keep saying I'm going to do lots of things with my kids. I'm pretty sure all that will change in 7 months or so (probably starting with not being able to get the drugs when I go into labor, just because my plan definitely includes drugs! lol).

kids seem to beat you into submission sometimes. and trust me, scooby movies may be garbage, but they are a LOT better for kids to see than half of the stuff on "kid" cable channels.
and on the "labor drugs" topic, my wife was only in labor for 90 minutes with our second kid. she was not thrilled when told "no time for epidural".

While I love Indiana Jones, I am worried about it being screwed up. I am getting very mad at Hollywood for revisiting things too early in my mind. I'm for well done remakes and revisiting, but there should be a time gap and I just don't feel its ready. Hope I'm proven wrong... MsCali -- good luck! TJ -- that sucks. I'm sorry, my kid is NEVER gonna get me to watch the Scooby movies. I had to endure when I was babysitting for a friend and NEVER AGAIN! My kid is sticking to Disney and Pixar!

Oh who cares about the name? I think it's decent. I mean, come on, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom? Sheesh.
The trailer DOES look awesome. A nice mix of old, new, and a healthy dose of humor.
"This isn't going to be easy." "Not like it used to."
"You're a teacher?" "Part time."
I had my reservations but I think this might actually be a good passing of the torch....

That's exactly how I felt FM!
Also, I have found out that the Crystal Skull is a real item. It doesn't make the name magically great, but it helps. (Also, Temple of Doom is a dumb name too!)

I can't wait for the new Indiana Film to come out...it's been a long wait since the last one hit the theatres. I saw the trailer for it and I'm thrilled that we only have to wait a short time now before it airs.

My poor friends - we made plans to see this together opening night, but it opens on a Thursday...the day before is Mr. C and my anniversary, so that weekend we are going out of town. My friends suggested waiting until the next weekend, since they don't really care about (ie: like to avoid) being at the theater on opening weekend. I told them *I* was seeing it on the 22nd when it opens whether they came or not (they won't have a sitter, so no go for them anyway). I'll see it again with them the next weekend. Nobody is keeping me from Indy on opening day! LOL.
